Our Story: From Hospital to Home
Our story began when our founder, Michele Eliassaint, worked as a home health aide while in nursing school. After years in the hospital, she missed the personal connections with patients and their families. In 2016, she founded Caring Shepherd HHC Agency in New York, and in October 2024, expanded to Southwest Florida to bring compassionate care to more families.
